CONGRESOS, CURSOS Y CONFERENCIAS

CANDIDATURAS A RECTOR

Abierto el plazo de inscripción en el Congreso Internacional del BIFI 2016 "Molecular Recognition"

El congreso de carácter internacional tendrá lugar en el Patio de la Infanta de Ibercaja del 1 al 3 de Febrero de 2016.

The BIFI 2016 International Conference on Molecular Recognition will be held on February 1-3, 2016.

The meeting, organized by the Institute of Biocomputation and Physics of Complex Systems (BIFI), will be an international conference on molecular recognition from a protein perspective, covering several topics such as computational methods, molecular assemblies, chemical biology and advanced technical developments. We wish the conference to represent a venue for gathering active researchers working in molecular recognition, with strong roots in the scientific and academic communities to discuss recent developments and future challenges in the field.

Main topics to be covered during the meeting:

  • Computational Methods
  • Molecular Assemblies
  • Chemical Biology
  • Advanced Technical Developments

The format of the Conference will include plenary sessions and short talks. Short talks will be selected among poster contributions.

Outstanding researchers will participate as plenary speakers:

  • Dr. Jesús Jiménez-Barbero, president of the Spanish Royal Society of Chemistry and director of CIC bioGUNE
  • Dr. Juan Hermoso, research professor (CSIC – Instituto de Química-Física Rocasolano)
  • Dr. Vicente Rubio, research professor (CSIC – Instituto de Biomedicina)

All information about this event (program, speakers, venue, registration) can be found at: http://bifi.es/events/bifi2016/

Researchers from any Institution are warmly invited to attend the Conference.

The first ARBRE 2016 Meeting will take place after BIFI2016 Conference (February 3-4). Participants for both events are welcome. ARBRE is the Association of Resources for Biophysical Research in Europe (https://www.structuralbiology.eu/networks/association-resources-biophysical-research-europe).
