To Ensure that incoming raw materials, copack, ingredients or packaging are effectively assessed against Purchasing specification and that all non-conforming results are referred to the RMQA Manager.

Deliver immediate, short and medium term business plans in line with AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and achievement of all QCDSEM (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety & Environment, Manpower) KPI’s

General:

Quality:

•Conduct quality assessments of raw materials, copack, ingredients and packaging against specified criteria in line with accreditation standards.

•Accurate organoleptic assessment of raw materials inc fish and copack to determine specification and quality of intake.

•Assess quality attributes of copack and raw material in safe manner and make relevant, accurate and comprehensive records.
