Working with the Technical Co-ordinator to ensure that product is manufactured and packed to the specified tolerances to ensure product safety, quality and legality.

Deliver industry leading Quality meeting beating and raising the bar of consumer expectations

General:

•To work with Production and Engineering on all issues relating to quality, food safety, legality and hygiene.

•Follow up on line non conformance issues to ensure closure.

•Carry out QA duties / assessments as defined with the Technical Work instruction manual/ Key Job instructions.

Quality:

•To be accountable for all issues relating to quality, legality, and safety.

•Fully understand QAS and the operation of the process control systems.

•Conduct organoleptic assessments to ensure compliance and take appropriate action on non conforming product.

Cost:

•Improve the performance of our assets to maximise value, minimise waste and minimise costs.

Delivery:

•Liaise with production staff to maintain the required standards.

•Take responsibility for our performance and our decisions.

•Take action to address problems or failures quickly whilst seeking innovative ways of improving.
