The ninth International Conference on Topics in Astroparticle and Underground Physics, TAUP 2005, will be jointly organized by the Gran Sasso National Laboratories (LNGS, Italy) and the University of Zaragoza and it will be held at the Paraninfo building of the University of Zaragoza in the city of Zaragoza (Spain) in September 10-14, 2005.

As customary in the series, TAUP 2005 will consist of invited review talks, workshop sessions devoted to specific subjects and poster sessions. In this edition, TAUP will be dedicated to the memory of Prof. Angel Morales, co-founder and determined promoter of this Conference.
