INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL ON
NEUTRON TECHNIQUES IN MOLECULAR MAGNETISM

STRUCTURE OF THE SCHOOL:

- Common sessions where theoretical aspects of magnetism and nuclear and magnetic neutron scattering will be introduced and sessions where each neutron technique of interest in Molecular Magnetism will be described (Blocks of 1 or 2 hours)

- Tutorial sessions where students will learn how to treat real data taken on molecular systems (Blocks of 1 or 2 hours). 

- Practical sessions where students will learn to model the data using the existing software available (Blocks of 3 or 4 hours)

- Students sessions where students expose their current work (Sessions with clips of around 15 minutes each)

- Fundamentals on magnetism

- Fundamentals on neutron scattering

- Neutron Diffraction: fundamentals and different techniques

- Inelastic neutron scattering: TOF and HR

- SANS and Neutron Reflectivity: continuous and pulsed sources

- Diffraction in pulsed sources

- Muons techniques
