ADMISSION – FIRST STAGE
• Reception of application forms: between 18 June and 12 July 2010
• Where:
IMPORTANT: Applications made on-line will not be valid unless the student sends the signed
application form, together with the documents as shown in the following section, by postal mail
to the university department.
• Documents that are to be presented along with the application form:
- Currículum vitae
– Photocopy of national identity card or passport
- Original and copy for comparison, or certified copy, of university qualification (applies to
students from other universities only).
- Original and copy for comparison, or certified copy, of the official academic certificate of
subjects studied (applies to students from other universities only).
- If applicable, the documents required for each masters course (information from the university
Department accessible at: http://www.unizar.es/departamentos/filologia_inglesa/)
Any student who through justified circumstances is unable to present these documents at the
university Department within the established dates.
• Special conditions:
- Students with foreign higher education qualifications not accredited by the Ministry of
Education and Science (MEC)
Any student holding a foreign higher education qualification that is not accredited by the MEC
may apply to join an official Masters course provided he or she is in possession of a resolution
confirming authorisation from the University of Zaragoza, certifying that the student holds an
educational qualification equivalent to the corresponding Spanish Degree qualification, and that
this qualification entitles the student to take part in post-graduate studies in the country of issue
of the qualification. To this end, prior to applying for admission to the Masters course, the
student is required to have applied to the Excmo. Sr. Vicerrector de Política Académica (Vice-
Rector of Academic Planning) for this authorisation.
Translations into English of original documents in other languages are acceptable, but should

APPLICATION FORM FOR STUDENTS WITH NON-ACCREDITED FOREIGN QUALIFICATIONS
If when presenting the application for admission to the official Masters course the University of
Zaragoza resolution has not yet been issued, such application shall be dependent on this
resolution, and no academic right shall pertain if the resolution is subsequently unfavourable.
• Publication of list of successful applicants and waiting list:
- Date: 19 July 2010
- Place: The Faculty notice board
- Result: The display of these documents shall be considered to act as official notification.
Unsuccessful applicants may appeal before the University of Zaragoza Postgraduate
Studies Commission within seven calendar days following publication of the lists on the
department notice board.
ENROLMENT
- Date: between 20 and 27 July 2010
- Place: The Secretary’s office of the Faculty running the official Masters course.
ADMISSION – SECOND STAGE
(for any studies that still have places available after the July phase)
• Reception of application forms: between 13 and 23 September 2010
• Place and documents to be presented (see admission – first stage)
• Resolution: The Department shall study the applications presented taking into account the
approved admission conditions for each official Masters course.
• Publication of list of successful applicants and waiting list:
- Date: 29 September 2010
- Place: The Faculty notice board.
- Result: The display of these documents shall be considered to act as official notification.
Unsuccessful applicants may appeal before the University of Zaragoza Postgraduate
Studies Commission within seven calendar days following publication of the lists on the
Faculty notice board.
• Enrolment:
- Date: between 1 September to 6 October 2010
- Place: The Secretary’s office of the Faculty running the official Masters course.
