Worked for El Justicia de Aragón (1997), awarded 1998 Gascón y Marín Award on Public Law (Aragonese Academy of Law and Jurisprudence), attended Real Colegio de España en Bolonia (1999-2001), further studies (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, 2001). Lectured several courses for civil servants (Aragonese Institute of Public Administration) on Planning Law, Local Government, civil service issues and public procurement. Attended Congresses on Charities (León, 1997), Land Law (Valencia, 1998 and Zaragoza, 1998), Planning Law (Messina-Taormina, 2000), Water Law (Zaragoza, 1998); and (International University Menéndez Pelayo) courses on Planning Law, Natural Areas, Public procurement, etc.

Currently assists the Aragonese Government for the renewal of the Aragonese tourism regulations, and assisted the Spanish Foreign Affairs Ministry on a Basic Legal Protocol for the administrative management in the Peace Keeping Operations: principles, design and methodology of a “Transitional public administration” (2002).
